Nosso objetivo é estimular a prática de atividades físicas e aquisição de hábitos saudáveis para uma melhor qualidade de vida dos participantes. Desta forma contribuindo para o aumento da autoestima, convívio e integração social.

Em nossas aulas desenvolvemos um trabalho onde todos têm a oportunidade de aprender. Exploramos o potencial de cada aluno, incentivando o aprendizado e aperfeiçoando os fundamentos de cada modalidade, desenvolvendo competências e habilidades que possibilitem compreender e usufruir as diferentes práticas esportivas.

Atuamos em três níveis: Escolinhas >> Aperfeiçoamento >> Alto Rendimento (equipe competitiva)

    Por ser uma das atividades mais completas, desenvolve força, flexibilidade, velocidade, disciplina e confiança.
    As turmas estão disponíveis para crianças a partir de 3 anos, adolescentes e adultos, qualquer pessoa pode praticar esse esporte.
